By submitting an advertisement to the UK CAR ADS web site, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions laid out here. These terms and conditions and the contract of which they form part shall be governed by English law. All references to "the customer" refer to the user applying to place the advertisement for a vehicle on the UK CAR ADS web site. All references to "us" refers to UKCARADS.CO.UK(LTD)

This service offers the facility to compose and place an advertisement for a used vehicle on the UK CAR ADS web site.

DURATION OF PLACEMENT ON UK CAR ADS

Advertisers will be given the option of placing an advertisement for one week,two weeks or a four week period. Advertisements will commence from the date the advertisement is submitted on the UK CAR ADS web site.

PRICE  OF AN ADVERT ON UK CAR ADS  

The price of a standard advertisement on ukcarads.co.uk is £0.99 for one week,two weeks for £1.75 and four weeks for for £2.99 CLICK HERE 

PROCESSING YOUR ADVERT

Only one vehicle may be featured in each advertisement. The advert copy you supply must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and must comply with British code of Advertising. ukcarads.co.ukltd reserve the right to amend or withdraw the advertisement to ensure compliance with these requirements at anytime and without notification. Where possible UK CAR ADS will contact the customer to inform them of changes to the advertisement.If we are forced to withdraw an advertisement due to indecent or in-compliant content we regret that we are unable to give a refund for said placed advertisement.
